Some of our tags and keychains do have small pieces that may choke small children and or pets. Please be cautious. We are not responsible for any accidents due to swallowing parts of our products.

In order to ensure a more secure fit, please attach pets tag directly to the large hoop. Lobster clasp and small split rings are not as secure for walks, hikes or playtime.  At anytime, they may open causing the tag to possibly become lose or fall off.  It’s very unfortunate if your clasp breaks or you lose your tag, we are not responsible for items once it’s attached to your pet. 

Collars & Leashes:

We strive to offer the best products & pet gear possible.  We use metal Chicago screws for added safety and strength.  These screws may need to be inspected over time.  We also use Loctite on the screws, to help them from coming lose. If you need assistance with how to care and maintain your Biothane gear, please let us know, we are happy to help in any way we can!  In order to ensure the safety and longevity of your gear, please clean and inspect the hardware (screws, buckles and trigger snaps) weekly if active, this will help maintain it's durability.
